The inimitable John Chantarasak made a permanent impression on som saa and will forever be a part of our story. Pitching up to Climpson's Arch on the very first day, long before we were 'a thing', he spent the first few days helping us lug boxes around and clean up the grill. 

Several years in, several thousand seabass plated and a small swimming pool of negonis down, he has blossomed into a chef stuffed with talent and and enthusiasm in equal measure, and his own popup Anglothai has been going from strength to strength. He and his beautiful wife Diz have just come off a sellout series of dinners at The Mountgrove Bothy and for May and June they will be appearing at Counterculture and The Dairy in Clapham.

On the 9th of June our head chefs Andy and Mark will also be joining forces with Chaka again for one night only of thai fusion collaboration.
