If you've not been to som saa in a while, we've been making a number of tweaks to the menu. Our new and improved Tem Toh menus have been a major change, but our separate dessert menu is a smaller one that has allowed us to really showcase some more refined ideas. You'll find sweet wines, a selection of rare and aged teas and, of course, desserts. One of these is our Thai sweets plate, a rotating selection of three Thai style petit fours. On it you'll find the likes of jackfruit and palm sugar caramel, Thai tea toffees and krayasat - jasmine candle smoked biscuits of crunchy rice, roasted coconut, sesame and peanuts.
