The som saa project is already more than four years old - a wrinkled veteran of a restaurant scene that evolves at breakneck speed. Back when we started, we were the new kid on the block and one of the few Thai restaurants in East London focused on regional and old style Thai dishes. Now though, there are a number of restaurants on a similar path.

We're not planning any wild changes, but we will be placing a renewed focus on the quality of our food and our knowledgeable, kind hearted service. We will be putting our Tem Toh sharing menus front and centre and working toward becoming a long term, high quality restaurant along the lines of our heroes....restaurants like St.John, Moro, and Brawn.

And as part of that we are reviewing all aspects of the som saa experience. We will still maintain a great value a la carte with plenty of dishes for those who want a quick bite, and we will still keep many many tables available for walk in guests......BUT we will also, finally, be offering reservations for tables of two. Dive in before the word spreads!
