Below are some recipes that work perfectly with our pastes and sugar however these recipes also work well as a general guide to cooking curries with our som saa pastes.  So please do feel free to vary the ingredients used (especially if you are lucky enough to have access to Thai supermarket, and can lay you hands on some more exotic produce!).
